"Imagine a world where cultural bridges
 are built through shared experiences
and mutual understanding."

About The Area Rep Compensation

As an independent contractor, you have the exciting opportunity to recruit volunteer host families for exchange students arriving in August. By engaging families within a 30-mile radius of your home, you can earn anywhere from $600 to $1,100 per family you recruit by April 14, 2025. The best part? You get paid as soon as the paperwork is completed and approved—no need to wait for the student to arrive.

But, the benefits don't stop there. Successfully place eight students, and you'll qualify for an international trip to Denmark! It's a wonderful way to expand your horizons and meet other passionate ISE representatives dedicated to cultural exchange.

There's no limit to how many students you can place

Is There A Fee To Join?

NO! Never! In fact, ISE offers a wealth of resources to support you in your journey. Once hired, you’ll have access to a variety of online materials that can be downloaded to aid in your recruitment campaigns for host families. These materials are designed to help you effectively communicate the benefits and joys of hosting an exchange student.

ISE is a non-profit organization creating many community outreach opportunities free of charge. Through workshops, educational sessions, and cultural events, you will provide invaluable resources and opportunities for community members to connect, learn, and grow.
