This outline provides a structured approach for the second interview, ensuring that key aspects of the Regional Manager's role and responsibilities are thoroughly discussed with the potential candidate. It covers regional support, territory details, school servicing, administrative practices, and support for host family recruitment and student supervision. 
​I. Regional Support in ISE Matters
  • Explain the regional chain of command (area rep handles all local communications).
  • Discuss the regional manager's role in addressing issues brought to her by the representative, and providing guidance on ISE program policies and procedures.

II. Area Territory Coverage
  • Define the geographic area the candidate will be responsible for. servicing

III. Schools Serviced by the Candidate
  • List the specific schools the candidate will be working with.
  • Discuss any existing relationships with school administrators and faculty.. specifically regarding exchange student enrollment policies

V. Host Family Recruitment and Student Supervision Support
  • Explain the support provided for host family recruitment (e.g., marketing materials, online resources, recruitment events).
  • Discuss your role in assisting with host family placements.
  • Explain the regional manager's availability for emergency situations and student-related issues.
