Homestay Placements and School Enrollment: Ensuring that incoming exchange students are placed with volunteer host families and enrolled in high schools efficiently and on time.
Team Management: Hiring, training, and managing a team of Area Representatives who will assist in placing and supervising up to 80 exchange students arriving in August.
Paperwork Management: Overseeing the accurate and complete submission of all required placement paperwork.
Guidance and Support: Working closely with the national facilitator to help international students adjust both personally and culturally.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful placement experience in the student exchange industry.

Cultural Sensitivity: The ability to guide international students through their cultural adjustment process.
