Ideal Candidate:   We are seeking candidates with over 2 years of experience in student exchange field management. If you have a background in overseeing J-1 or F-1 programs and a knack for developing successful exchange initiatives, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Manager, your primary responsibilities include:

• Homestay Placements and School Enrollment:    Ensuring that incoming exchange students are placed with volunteer host families and enrolled in high schools efficiently and on time.
• Team Management:    Hiring, training, and managing a team of Area Representatives who will assist in placing and supervising up to 80 exchange students arriving in August.
• Paperwork Management:    Overseeing the accurate and complete submission of all required placement paperwork.
• Guidance and Support:  Working closely with the national facilitator to help international students adjust both personally and culturally.

Qualifications for Success
To thrive in this role, you must  have:

• Experience:   A minimum of 2 years of successful placement experience in the student exchange industry.
• Leadership Skills:    Proven ability to hire, train, and manage a field team of Area Representatives.
• Organizational Skills:    Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage paperwork efficiently.
• Cultural Sensitivity:  The ability to guide international students through their cultural adjustment process.
